Primal Processor captures all data on labor, overhead, consumable, and material costs. The system correlates the costs by date to the output for the same date in the kill room. Each product produced in Fabrication is then allocated cost as a portion of the Kill, and assigned a portion of the Fabrication Operating Cost.
By introducing cost assignment to each product in real time, there is visibility into the actual cost of each unit, the admin overhead for each customer, and the profitability of working with each Producer. Your Plant can understand the profit margin by product code, by producer, and by order.

As boxes are weighed, a label and a database record are generated for physical identification and electronic tracking. The Sales Portal provides real time inventory, sell by dates, average sales per week, booked sales for the next month, profit margin by product, and floating cost average. A minimum profit margin metric can be set into the system to continuously drive desired selling behavior.

Labeling customizations include: Branding, various bar coding standards (UPC, EIN, and International GTIN), product name, product codes, weight, price, etc. Customers and End Receivers can even dictate differences by ship-to location.
Templates are built into the system for all international requirements, so producing labels that comply with any target country’s labeling regulatory requirements is easy. By adhering to templated requirements from regulatory agencies in foreign countries, your plant can deliver a valuable added service to your customers.
